Overview
A full electronics restoration of a Mosaic Element CoreXY printer, replacing its obsolete stock controller with a modern Klipper-native board while retaining the existing gantry, PSU, and heated chamber.
Approach
Stripped the obsolete stock board and migrated to an integrated Klipper setup using a BTT Manta M8P V2 paired with a CB1 compute module. Retained the original gantry geometry and 24V PSU, re-mapped the chamber heater output, and integrated load-cell bed leveling for repeatable first layers.
